What these terms are for
These are the rules for using the digiwisesystems.com website and the channels you can use to contact us. Using the website is free and does not require an account.
These terms do not cover the terms of working with us - building automations or a website, or running ads. We always agree those separately: you receive a proposal from us with a fixed scope and price, and our work together only begins once you accept it. The descriptions of services and examples on the website show what we do - they are not an offer in the legal sense and do not, by themselves, create a contract.
Our services are intended for businesses in the United Kingdom - we talk to them in English and in Polish. We do not direct our services at businesses or individuals in the European Union. If you use the website as a consumer, you keep all the rights that no terms can take away from you.
Who we are
- DIGIWISE GROUP LTD, trading as Digiwise Systems
- a company registered in England and Wales, number 13384517
- registered office: 244 Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 1RR, United Kingdom
- email: contact@digiwisesystems.com
- phone and WhatsApp: +44 7405 377094
What you can do on the website
-
Read the content - descriptions of our services, areas, work and answers to common questions.
-
Send an enquiry through the contact form - you describe what you need and give an email address for our reply.
-
Message us on WhatsApp - the button opens WhatsApp with the text you typed into the form box. The conversation itself then takes place in the WhatsApp app, under its provider’s rules (the Meta group).
-
Book a call in our calendar - we send you a link to choose a time in reply to your message; the short video call is free and places you under no obligation.
All of this is free of charge.
When use begins and ends
- Browsing the website begins when you open it and ends when you close it.
- The form: the agreement to receive and handle your enquiry is made when you send it, and ends when we reply or when you ask us to delete the enquiry. You can do that at any time, without giving a reason - an email is enough.
- WhatsApp: you can end the conversation at any time; simply stop writing or block us.
What you need
- a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge);
- JavaScript switched on for the form to work fully - without it you can still read the website, but after sending the form you won’t see a confirmation or an error message;
- a working email address, if you write to us through the form;
- the WhatsApp app (on your phone or computer), if you want to contact us that way.
Rules of use
When using the website, the form and WhatsApp:
- give genuine contact details - otherwise we will have no way of replying;
- don’t send unlawful or offensive content, spam, or other people’s data without a legal basis;
- don’t enter passwords, payment card details or sensitive data (e.g. about health) in the form or the chat - they aren’t needed for a first conversation;
- don’t try to get around the website’s security, overload it or send enquiries automatically (e.g. with a script) - the website has an enquiry limit and protection against bots;
- don’t copy the website’s content in full or in large parts for your own commercial purposes (more below).
We may not reply to enquiries that break these rules, and we may remove unlawful content.
Content on the website
The text, graphics, animations, layout and logo belong to us or are used by us under licence. You may view them, share a link to the website and quote short extracts with the source credited. Any other use - e.g. copying content onto your own website - requires our permission.
The screenshots in our work show projects for our clients - we show them with their permission. The trade marks and names of those businesses belong to them.
The information on the website is general. It helps you understand what we do, but it is no substitute for advice tailored to your business - you’ll get that in a conversation with us.
Links to other websites
We link to our clients’ websites, to WhatsApp and to other services. We are not responsible for their content or for how they work - their own rules apply there.
What we are responsible for
We make sure the website works and that the information on it is up to date. We reply to every enquiry that doesn’t break these rules. Even so, the website may sometimes be unavailable (e.g. during maintenance or an outage at a provider), and information may change.
Because using the website is free and our services are intended for businesses:
- we are not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the website;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect losses connected with using the website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it - in particular for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for misrepresentation. Nor does it limit the rights you have as a consumer.
Liability in our work together (e.g. for an automation we have built) is set out in the contract for that work, not in these terms.
Complaints
If something on the website doesn’t work as it should, or you are unhappy with how we handled your enquiry, write to contact@digiwisesystems.com. It helps if you include:
- the email address or phone number you used to contact us - so we can reply;
- what the matter concerns and when it happened;
- what you would like us to do.
We will reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint, by the same route it was sent.
Complaints about personal data are handled as described in our privacy policy.
Personal data and cookies
How we process the data you give us is described in our privacy policy, and which cookies we use - in our cookie policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are decided by the courts of England and Wales.
If you use the website as a consumer, or have rights in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract, you keep those rights - including the right to go to court in your own country, where the law gives you that right.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, e.g. when we add a new feature to the website or the law changes. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page - the date of the update is at the top. A change does not affect enquiries sent earlier: we handle them under the terms in force on the day they were sent.
These terms are available free of charge on this page. You can save or print them at any time.
