Business automation
Your day gets eaten up by work you know by heart.
We build systems for micro and small businesses in which most of that work happens in the background. Where your judgement matters, you get a ready-made proposal to approve - the final say is always yours.
Four areas
Don’t look at your industry - look at your week.
The hardest things to notice are the ones you do on autopilot - you stop feeling what they cost you. Trace how work flows from enquiry to invoice, and look for the places where the same thing keeps coming back. Almost every one of them belongs to one of the four areas below.
Winning clients and sales
Enquiries · quotes · follow-ups · appointments
This is where an enquiry either turns into a job or doesn’t. Often it isn’t the better quote that wins, but the faster reply.

Today, done by hand
After rollout - happens in the background
Enquiries arrive by email, web form, social media and phone
One inbox, everything sorted, with the stage of every enquiry
You copy the client’s details into the quote by hand
They go straight from the enquiry into the quote
You write every quote from scratch
A ready draft based on your prices, to tweak and send
You keep a mental note of who to get back to on Friday
The follow-up goes out on time and stops once the client replies
Five emails about whether Tuesday works
The client picks a slot from your calendar
You don’t know how many enquiries are waiting, or for how long
You see a list showing how long each one has been waiting
What’s left for you: approving the quote, the conversation, judging whether this is your kind of client, negotiating and deciding.
Onboarding and delivery
New jobs · deadlines · preparation · communication
The client pays you for the work itself, yet time drains away on everything around it: chasing information, scheduling, calls asking how it’s going. With document-based work, even the work itself can be sped up.

After rollout - happens in the background
You drag the job details out of the client over three emails
Everything in one place, and the system chases the gaps for you
Deadlines live in your calendar, a notebook and your head
All deadlines in one view, in order
The client rings to ask how far along it is
They can see the status themselves, no phone call needed
Before you start, you hunt for the template and files
They’re ready and waiting before you sit down
You check the client’s documents line by line
You see straight away what doesn’t add up
Moving a date means a round of phone calls
A message about the change reaches both you and the client
What’s left for you: the work itself and your professional judgement - the design, the fitting, the advice, your signature on the document.
Client care and growth
Aftercare · reviews · repeat work
Once the job is handed over, that’s when reviews and repeat work begin - or silence sets in.

Today, done by hand
After rollout - happens in the background
After a finished job, you get in touch whenever you happen to remember
A check that everything’s fine reaches every client at the right moment
You ask for a review in person, or not at all
A review request goes out after every job, using a template you approve once
An unhappy client posts a public review instead of coming to you
You hear about the problem first and get a chance to put it right
You may or may not remember a client’s history from a year ago
Each client’s history in one place, with every previous job
A service or renewal only comes to mind when you check your notes
The reminder goes to the client when it makes sense
A happy client drifts away because nobody got in touch
You can see who’s worth offering the next step
What’s left for you: the relationship, and a feel for when to call and when to write.
Back office and admin
Invoices · access · data flow · documents
Nobody pays you for this work, but it still has to be done.

Today, done by hand
After rollout - happens in the background
You do invoices in the evening, copying details from the job
They’re created from data you already have, ready to check and send
You chase payment whenever you notice it’s missing
A polite reminder goes out on time, and you can see who owes what
You type the same details into a spreadsheet, an invoice and a client list
Entered once, they go everywhere, with no typos along the way
You gather paperwork for your accountant at the end of the month
Everything is sorted and ready to hand over
You build each contract from the last one, swapping the details
It’s drawn up from a template and the job details - you check and sign
With a new team member, you can’t remember what access to grant and later remove
A list of access to grant and revoke, all in one place
What’s left for you: what to sign, what to agree to, where to make an exception.
Our terms
The same principles on every project.
You know what you’re paying for
We agree up front what we’re building and what it costs, including our work and any essential third-party services.
No lock-in
It’s your system. We hand it over with documentation and access, so it keeps running without us. We stay for as long as it makes sense for you.
We’ll tell you what not to do
If something isn’t worth automating, or the results will be slow to come, you’ll hear it from us before we send an invoice.
How we start
One improvement first. The rest - once it works.
We start with whatever costs you the most time today. We agree up front how you’ll know it’s worked, and only then do we move on.

Let’s start
Tell us the one thing that holds you back the most.
We’ll ask a few questions, then on a short, no-obligation call we’ll tell you straight: whether we can help and where to start.
