For owners of micro and small businesses

You count every cost except the days you lose to manual work.

Most of what you do over and over again can be automated - with you still in charge. You get time back for what you do best, and for growing the business.

We reply to everyone, no strings attached.

Four areas

Repetitive work always hides in the same places.

These are the areas where our clients most often look for help. Each has its own repetitive work with information - from enquiries and quotes to invoices and documents.

Winning clients and sales

Enquiries · quotes · follow-ups · appointments

The same routine with every client: gathering enquiries from several places, putting a quote together, following up when a quote goes unanswered, booking a call.

The system takes over this repetitive part - you keep the conversation and the decision.

Onboarding and delivery

New jobs · deadlines · preparation · communication

From “yes” to handover, the same admin keeps coming back: taking on the job, scheduling the dates, keeping the client informed. And if your service is document work - analysis, preparation, checking - that repeats too.

The system takes over this repetitive part - you keep the work that needs your expertise.

Client care and growth

Aftercare · reviews · repeat work

Once the work is handed over, contact usually fizzles out. Yet that’s exactly when you need to get in touch at the right moment, ask for a review and suggest the next step.

The system takes over this repetitive part - you keep the relationship, and remembering to stay in touch is off your mind.

Back office and admin

Invoices · access · data flow · documents

The things the rest of the business grinds to a halt without: raising an invoice, granting access, moving data between tools, drawing up a contract from a template. Usually in the evening, after the real work is done.

The system takes over this repetitive part - it runs in the background and only asks you when your decision is needed.

What else we do

Not just automation

Automation only pays off once customers can find you and want to buy - so we also take care of marketing and sales.

Websites

We build websites that don’t just sit online like a business card - they bring in enquiries.

See how we build websites

Sales funnels

We design a clear path that takes a customer from first contact to purchase - with automatic reminders that keep their interest warm.

Advertising and visibility

We reach people who are already looking for what you do - through paid campaigns and visibility on Google and in AI search tools such as ChatGPT.

Consulting and audits

We find where time and money leak out of your business, and you get a concrete implementation plan: what to fix first, and how.

Courses

We teach you to use AI and run your business so you can make decisions about tools with your eyes open, without relying on salespeople.

Why us

Substance, not promises.

You probably know the agencies that promise the world and tie you into contracts you pay to get out of, even when the work isn’t going well. We do things differently.

  • We’ve been on both sides

Before we moved into automation, we were stuck in manual work ourselves - as employees and as business owners. That’s why we spot the real bottleneck, not the one that looks good on paper.

  • You know what you’re paying for

We agree up front what we’re building, what it costs and how you’ll know it works. We show you finished work, not slides.

  • No lock-in

It’s your system - we hand it over with documentation so it keeps running without us. We stay for as long as it makes sense for you.

  • We’ll tell you what not to do

If something isn’t worth automating, or the results will be slow to come, you’ll hear it from us. We don’t promise miracles: part of the result also depends on how you use the tools.

How we work

Step by step, one area at a time.

Not every business needs big systems straight away. Big changes all at once are risky and can easily end in failure. So we start with the one place that costs you the most, and only once that works do we look at what comes next.

See the full process
  1. You tell us what takes up most of your time.

One sentence on WhatsApp or in the form, then a short call.

  2. We show you where to start and how you’ll know it’s worked.

The first step has a fixed scope and a fixed price.

  3. We build the first piece and put it to work in your business.

A working part, not a mock-up. With documentation.

  4. We review the results and agree which area to improve next.

Ongoing support or carrying on by yourself are options too - we decide together.

Our work

These businesses already run on what we’ve built.

So what could run more smoothly in your business?

Testimonials

What our clients say

Feedback from businesses we’ve built for - from simple automations to full sales systems.

A year ago I’d never have thought I’d be changing things on my own website myself, and just by talking to my computer. Today I don’t just do that - I also build my own tools that make my life easier. The guys at Digiwise built me a great website and showed me how to use AI day to day. Most of the admin around the business now happens in the background. I just oversee it, and I finally have time for what I enjoy: deepening my holistic knowledge and working with clients.

The first time I saw our little dog in a towel turban, I simply fell in love. Clients ask about him more often than about the price list! He’s become the face of the salon and gives the whole website exactly the warm, homely feel I was looking for. But it’s not just a pretty website. I don’t know anything about technology and I asked a million questions, sometimes the same ones several times over, and I never once heard a sigh. Everything was explained calmly and in plain language. I also got plenty of good advice on how to get started with online marketing in the first place. I recommend them with all my heart, especially to anyone who thinks “the internet isn’t for them”

I’d been meaning to get into online marketing for a long time, but didn’t know where to start. With Digiwise we built sales funnels, connected apps together and sorted out the technical side, including domains and other things I have no plans to learn. Always in plain language, without technical jargon. And, which is rare: nobody pushed anything on me - a few times I was even told I didn’t need something. Recommended

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask

Do I need to be good with technology, or know what to automate?

No. You tell us what eats up most of your time; working out how to improve it is our job. Every project ends with documentation and a user guide.

I’m snowed under and don’t want more clients. Is this for me?

Yes. It’s about the work you already have - you’ll handle the same amount with less effort, without taking on more clients. And then you may find you do have time for a few more after all.

Writing quotes and chasing clients eats up my time. Can that be sorted?

Yes. We don’t replace you in conversations with clients - you hand the repetitive part over to the system: enquiries in one place, follow-ups after a quote, your quotes kept in order. You keep selling, just more smoothly, and fewer jobs slip through the cracks.

What if it doesn’t work?

We agree the goal of the first step up front, so it’s clear whether it’s been met. If it hasn’t, we get it there within the agreed scope. We start small so the risk stays small - we won’t lead you into a big project blind.

How much does it cost?

We don’t want this to sound evasive, so let’s be specific: from tens of pounds for a simple automation to a few thousand for a larger system that takes over the repetitive work of several people or teams. We usually start with something simple that brings a real benefit quickly. That’s why we suggest a short discovery call - afterwards you know the price for a specific scope, with no hidden costs.

Is it a subscription?

No. The first step is usually a single improvement with a fixed scope, paid for once. We only expand the work once you can see it pays off. The only things we bill monthly are running ongoing campaigns or regular support, if we agree on it.

What about my data?

It stays yours. We work in line with UK GDPR, and we hand the system over fully documented, so nothing is locked away with us.

How do we get started?

One sentence is enough - on WhatsApp or in the form below. We’ll take it from there, step by step.

Let’s start
