About us

We know what it’s like to struggle to keep up with your own business.

Digiwise builds automations, websites and sales systems for micro and small businesses across the UK - in English and in Polish. We know this work from the inside, from the employee’s side and from the owner’s.

Who we are

Automation is rarely a technical problem.

We’re a team of people who like it when work gets lighter - and who say so plainly when something doesn’t make sense.

First you need to understand how the business makes its money, where it gets stuck and why people carry on doing things their own way regardless. That’s why we rely on a mix of four things we’ve worked in for years - and every project brings all of them together.

  • Technology and tools

We can connect tools that weren’t always built to work together, and keep the integrations, data and flows between them under control. Hundreds of hours of courses, our own experiments and keeping up with what changes from month to month all go into projects for businesses across different industries.

  • Marketing and sales

We know how customers find a small business and where they most often slip away. We learned it running our own businesses, and today we do the same for Digiwise - we have to win clients for ourselves too.

  • People and habits

We understand why people don’t use the tools they’ve been given, and what it takes to get them using them. We know it first-hand: we’ve been the employees expected to adopt a new system, and the ones rolling it out.

  • Systems thinking

We see a business as a chain of steps, not a list of tasks, so we quickly spot the point that holds everything else up. The urge to organise everything into a system has always been with us, and working across several industries has shown us that bottlenecks look much the same everywhere.

How we work

Small steps, because it’s safer that way.

Process first, automation second. Big rollouts all at once rarely succeed, and automation bolted onto an old way of working only speeds up the mess. So we go step by step.

From the first message to a working system - four steps.

  1. You tell us what takes up most of your time.

You don’t need to prepare anything or know about technology.

    • You write one sentence - on WhatsApp or through the form.
    • We reply personally and ask about the details.
    • You pick a time for the call in our calendar.
    • 15 minutes on video, free of charge: we tell you straight whether we can help.
  2. We show you where to start and how you’ll know it’s worked.

You know what you’ll get and what it costs before you pay a penny.

    • A summary and proposal by email: what we understood and what we suggest.
    • Once you accept, we gather the details: how this work gets done today.
    • Fixed scope and fixed price, no subscription.
    • A measure of success, agreed before we start.
  3. We build the first piece and put it to work in your business.

You see the first result in your own business, not on a slide.

    • We test it on your real cases.
    • We show you how to use it - with your own examples.
    • We leave you the documentation.
  4. We review the results and agree which area to improve next.

We only move on once the previous step works.

    • We check the result against the agreed measure.
    • We fix whatever needs fixing.
    • Together we decide: the next area, ongoing support, or you carry on by yourself.

Working with client data?

For an accountancy practice or a clinic, GDPR compliance is a precondition for even having the conversation. We know that, and we’re prepared for it.

The first step takes one sentence.

Tell us what holds you back the most - we’ll reply by the next working day at the latest.

No sales pitch, no obligation.
