We may terminate our agreement with you immediately by written notice if:
- You commit a material breach of these Terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified in writing to do so
- You fail to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment
- You become insolvent or bankrupt
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted under these Terms shall terminate immediately
- You must return or destroy (at our option) all materials provided by us
- You must pay for all services provided up to the date of termination
8. Limitations of Liability
