6. Payment Terms

  • For larger automation projects, we may require an initial deposit before work commences
  • Payment for larger projects may be arranged in installments as agreed in writing
  • For smaller services, payment is due within 14 days of service delivery
  • Consultancy services are to be paid in advance

6.2 Late Payment

If you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date for payment, then, without limiting our other remedies:

  • We may charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England’s base rate
  • We may suspend all services until payment has been made in full

7. Term and Termination

7.1 Term

The term of any agreement for services will be as specified in the written contract between us and the Client.

7.2 Termination

We may terminate our agreement with you immediately by written notice if:

  • You commit a material breach of these Terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified in writing to do so
  • You fail to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment
  • You become insolvent or bankrupt

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All licenses granted under these Terms shall terminate immediately
  • You must return or destroy (at our option) all materials provided by us
  • You must pay for all services provided up to the date of termination

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Exclusion of Warranties
